How does purchasing a property from your site work?

Browse or search for a property that you are interested in.  Once you have selected a property, you may click on the button to reserve it.  We’ll reach out to you regarding necessary paperwork and schedule a closing date.  We try to make it as easy as possible for you.

Are you a real estate agent?

No, we are not an agent or broker.  We are a real estate investment company who sells vacant land directly to you.  We own the land ourselves or have an equitable interest in it.

Can you help me look for a specific kind of property?

Yes.  Go to our Contact page and let us know what county or city you desire and the type of property you are looking for (building lot, waterfront, recreational land, etc.).  We will notify you when we have one available.  You may also click the Get Notified button at the upper right to be automatically notified when new properties become available.

Do you offer owner financing?

We do not offer owner financing. For certain properties we may be able to arrange for third-party financing with a company who will create a customized loan for you.

If you plan on building or putting a modular or mobile home on the property, the builder or dealer may have financing available that will cover the land and home. We will work with them to help get the land you want.

Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?

No.  Our pricing is straight forward in each listing. Our property listings spell out the fees.  Typically, this will include an earnest money down payment and standard closing costs calculated by a Florida Title company.

Why are your properties so cheap?

You get a great price because we buy right so we can sell right.  And since we are a direct seller, there are no Realtor commissions to pay.  We purchase land from people who no longer have a use for it.  To some it has just become a financial burden.  Our properties are priced at well below their retail value.  Each of our listings show recent comparable sales for similar properties in the area, if available.  So you can be certain that you are buying at a bargain price.

How do I know if this is a safe way to purchase property?

Ask our satisfied customers and check out our reviews.  We use a Florida Title company to close all transactions.  You will receive title insurance and a Deed that is recorded at the county where the property is located.
